WiderLearning delivers high quality programmes for children and young people, and training and consultancy for staff to build the confidence that establishes positive engagement with learning and the raising of aspirations. We aim to develop empowered, resilient, independent and celebrated young people. At its heart WiderLearning has the philosophy that with the right support young people can achieve their potential, whatever their background, social challenges, location or previous educational experiences. 

The WiderLearning team has an extensive range of experiences and skills developed in both formal and informal learning settings. Our staff are experienced teachers and trainers having worked in schools, special schools, colleges, higher education, the youth sector, community organisations and alternative provisions. 

Led by its Directors, Paul Bellamy and Karen Flavell, the team seek to work with you to develop and deliver innovative approaches and solutions to long standing challenges.
